写这备忘录给你，基于三个原则：
(一）人生福祸无常，谁也不知可以活多久，有些事情还是早一点说好。
(二）我是你的父亲，我不跟你说，没有人会跟你说。
(三）这备忘录里记载的，都是我经过惨痛失败得回来的体验，可以为你的成长省回不少冤枉路。

以下，便是你在人生中要好好记住的事：

（一）对你不好的人，你不要太介怀，在你一生中，没有人有义务要对你好，除了我和你妈妈。至于那些对你好的人，你除了要珍惜、感恩外，也请多防备一点，因为，每个人做每件事，总有一个原因，他对你好，未必真的是因为喜欢你，请你必须搞清楚，而不必太快将对方看作真朋友。

（二）没有人是不可代替，没有东西是必须拥有。看透了这一点，将来你身边的人不再要你，或许失去了世间上最爱的一切时，也应该明白，这并不是甚么大不了的事。

（三）生命是短暂的，今日你还在浪费着生命，明日会发觉生命已远离你了。因此，愈早珍惜生命，你享受生命的日子也愈多，与其盼望长寿，倒不如早点享受。

（四）世界上并没有最爱这回事，爱情只是一种霎时的感觉，而这感觉绝对会随时日、心境而改变。如果你的所谓最爱离开你，请耐心地等候一下，让时日慢慢冲洗，让心灵慢慢沉淀，你的苦就会慢慢淡化。不要过分憧憬爱情的美，不要过分夸大失恋的悲。

（五）虽然，很多有成就的人士都有受过很多教育，但并不等如不用功读书，就一定可以成功。你学到的知识，就是你拥有的武器。人，可以白手兴家，但不可以手无寸铁，紧记！

（六）我不会要求你供养我下半辈子，同样地我也不会供养你的下半辈子，当你长大到可以独立的时候，我的责任已经完结。以后，你要坐巴士还是Benz，吃鱼翅还是粉丝，都要自己负责。

（七）你可以要求自己守信，但不能要求别人守信，你可以要求自己对人好，但不能期待人家对你好。你怎样对人，并不代表人家就会怎样对你，如果看不透这一点，你只会徒添不必要的烦恼。

（八）我买了十多二十年六合彩，还是一穷二白，连三奖也没有中，这证明人要发达，还是要努力工作才可以，世界上并没有免费午餐。

（九）亲人只有一次的缘份，无论这辈子我和你会相处多久，也请好好珍惜共聚的时光，下辈子，无论爱与不爱，都不会再见。

Kulula Airline

South African low-fare airline kulula.com recently came up with a brand-new, funny livery. One of their Boeing 737-86N (ZS-ZWP / OK-PIK), called “Flying 101″ is entirely covered with details and funny remarks about the plane.

The captain’s window is marked with the big cheese (”captain, my captain!”), the co-pilot’s window with co-captain (the other pilot on the PA system) and the jump seat is for wannabe pilots.

In addition, the following descriptions of plane parts can be found:

Gmail Tips

Go into settings and turn keyboard shortcuts on. The ones you’ll use a lot are j/k to move through email threads, n to skip to the next message, and the space bar to page through text. And m to hide any active thread that you’re not interested in (direct emails to you will still show up). There are other shortcuts, but this is enough to let you skim through a lot of email fairly quickly without touching the mouse too much. Next go into labels and choose to show all labels. Your labels are basically what you’d call folders in another email client. (Unfortunately they are not hierarchical, but they do work.) Next as you get email, you need to be aggressive about deciding what you need to see, versus what is context specific. Anything that is context specific you should add a filter for, that adds a label, and skips the inbox. Nothing is lost, you can get to the emails through the list of labels on the left-hand side of your screen in gmail. But now various kinds of automated emails, lower priority mailing lists, and so on won’t distract you from your main email until you go looking for them.

When you combine all of these options with gmail’s auto-threading features, it is amazing how much more efficiently you can handle email. In fact this is exactly the problem that gmail was invented to handle.

10 Fun and Free Browser-Based Games

Sometimes it’s necessary to take a break from work and do something a little more enjoyable — like play games! Of course your employer probably won’t allow you to install a desktop game on your computer but fret not, there are plenty of browser-based games to keep you entertained.

We’ve pulled together ten great browser-based games you should definitely check out.

Prerequisites

Many of these games attempt to duplicate (to a lesser degree) desktop games, which require significantly higher computer hardware capabilities. The specifics on minimum requirements for hardware can be difficult to say (especially for browser-based games), so in general you’ll need a relatively capable computer and updated browser. Of course, another common requirement will be broadband internet. I’ve tried to list the main requirements for each game but your system may vary.

Quake Live

If you’ve played any of the desktop versions of Quake, you’ll already be familiar with the browser-based version as it’s quite similar. Quake is a fast paced first-person shooter, focused on multiplayer. The game is currently in beta but having played it a bit, it seems to work really well and is tons of fun.

Requirements: IE 7 or higher, FireFox 2.0 or higher (I played in Safari without issues)

RuneScape

RuneScape is Java powered and offers a certain level of 3D rendering. It is a fantasy MMORPG that allows players to travel through different kingdoms, cities, etc. using magic, spells and other fantasy themed gameplay activities.

Fallen Empire: Legions

Fallen Empire: Legions is a first-person shooter where players can fly around using a jetpack, dodging enemy fire and shooting enemies in deathmatch mode. You’ll be able to play with up to 32 players, live. The game has some pretty good 3D graphics, especially for a browser-based game.

Power Soccer

Power Soccer gives players live control of a soccer team in real-time 3D. You’ll be able to challenge other teams, play thousands of other players, get involved in online leagues, connect with other soccer fans and much more.

ORANGEfps

ORANGEfps is a first-person shooter with decent 3D graphics for a browser-based game that allows players to play in multi or single player modes. The system requirements are a little unclear and it looks like it only supports Windows right now, but from what I can tell — it looks like a lot of fun.

Earth Eternal

Earth Eternal is a cartoonish-themed MMO where players have access to 22 character types, ranging from bear-like creatures to rabbit-like creatures. Characters can be customized and players are able to roam through lots of different 3D landscape types while combating other players.

Phosphor

Phosphor is a first-person shooter currently in its second beta. It runs on Shockwave and the 3D graphics aren’t anything you’ll gawk over but it can be a pretty fun online multiplayer game.

Battlefield Heroes

Battlefield Heros is another cartoonish-themed 3D shooter, which is being developed by EA (a pretty big name in the gaming industry). The graphics look pretty great and players are able to customize their characters while ranking up as they play.

Gilfor’s Tales

Gilfor’s Tales is another fantasy-themed game with some pretty decent 2D/2.5D graphics and 3D characters, although Flash rendered. The characters are supposedly rendered in real-time, giving it a more immersive experience. Players create a team, explores and battles through the different landscapes, creatures and characters.

Imperion

Imperion is a space-themed game based in the year 2137 where three species fight to dominate the universe. Players develop new technologies, space ships, buildings, etc. It seems to have some pretty good graphics and fun gameplay but was released in mid-2009, so it’s still a very new game.

InstantAction

InstantAction is a video game network sporting quite a few multiplayer titles, no downloads required. From what I hear, it’s workplace productivity poison so beware! (And have fun!) A few of the games include Fallen Empire: Legions, Marble Blast, Galcon, Rokkitball, Ace of Aces, Lore: Aftermath and more.

厨房秘笈

1、煮排骨汤时加一小匙醋，可使骨头中的磷、钙溶解于汤中，并可保存汤中的维生素。而放入几块新鲜橘皮，不仅味道鲜美，还可减少油腻感。
2、为了使牛肉炖得快、炖得烂，加一小撮茶叶（约为泡一壶茶的量，用纱布包好）同煮，肉很快就烂且味道鲜美。
3、将绿豆在铁锅中炒10分钟再煮能很快煮烂，但注意不要炒焦。
4、要因料调味，新鲜的鸡、鱼、虾和蔬菜等，其本身具有特殊鲜味，调味不应过量，以免掩盖天然的鲜美滋味。腥膻气味较重的原料，如不鲜的鱼、虾、牛羊肉及内脏类，调味时应酌量多加些去腥解腻的调味品，诸如料酒、醋、糖、葱、姜、蒜等，以便减恶味增鲜味。
5、除了挑选好食材，更要选择优质调料，如果原料好而调料不佳或调料投放不当，都将影响菜肴风味。优质调料还有一个含义，就是烹制什么地方的菜肴，应当用该地的食材，这样才能使菜肴风味足具。比如水煮肉，就要用四川郫县的豆瓣酱和汉原的花椒做出来的味道就非常正宗。当然，条件有限的话，也没必要一定难为自己。
6、河鱼有土腥味，煮鱼前，把鱼放在米酒中或牛奶中浸泡片刻，也可以用红葡萄酒或啤酒腌一下，就能消除腥味。姜等调料，既能调味，又能解腥。
7、煎荷包蛋时，在平底锅放足油，油微热时蛋下锅，鸡蛋慢慢变熟，外观美，不粘锅，在蛋黄即将凝固之际浇一点冷开水，会使蛋黄又黄又嫩。
8、炒鸡蛋前加入少量砂糖，会使蛋白质变性的凝固温度上升，从而延缓了加热时间，加上砂糖具有保水性，因而可使蛋制品变得蓬松柔软，此外加入几滴醋，炒出的鸡蛋会更加松软味香。
9、煮蛋时水里加点醋可防蛋壳裂开，事先加点盐也可。
10、炒土豆时加醋，可避免烧焦，又可分解土豆中的毒素，并使色味相宜。但如果是炸土豆片，则先将切好的土豆片放在水里煮一会儿，使土豆片表面形成一层薄薄的胶质层，然后再用油炸。
11、煮水饺时，在水里放一颗大葱或在水开后加点盐，再放饺子，饺子味道鲜美不粘连；在和面时，每500克面粉加拌一个鸡蛋，饺子皮挺括不粘连。
12、男人下酒菜爱吃的花生米用油炸熟，盛入盘中，趁热撒上少许白酒，稍凉后再撒上少许食盐，放置几天几夜都酥脆如初。
13、煮面条时加一小汤匙食油，面条不会粘连，并可防止面汤起泡沫、溢出锅外。如在锅中加少许食盐，煮出的面条不易烂糊。
14、煮猪肚时，千万不能先放盐，等煮熟后吃时再放盐，否则猪肚会缩得像牛筋一样硬。
15、老鸡、老鸭用猛火煮，肉硬不好吃；如果先用凉水和少许食醋泡上2小时，再用微火炖，肉就会变得香嫩可口。
16、炒茄子时，在锅里放点醋，炒出的茄子的颜色不会变黑。
17、炒肉时放盐过早将熟得慢，宜在将熟时加盐，在出锅前再加上几滴醋，肉质会神奇地变得鲜嫩可口。
18、不论做什么糖醋菜肴，只要按2份糖1份醋的比例调配，是最佳甜酸度。此外，应先放糖，后放盐，否则食盐的“脱水”作用会促进菜肴中蛋白质凝固而“吃”不仅糖分，造成外甜里淡。
19、做馒头时，如果在发面里糅进一小块猪油，蒸出来的馒头不仅洁白、松软，而且味香。
20、将少量明矾和食盐放入清水中，把切开的生红薯进入十几分钟，洗净后蒸煮，可防止或减轻腹胀。
21、放有辣椒的菜太辣时或炒辣椒时加点醋，辣味大减，放入一只鸡蛋同炒也能达到同样效果。
22、汤太腻，将少量紫菜在火上烤一下，然后撒入汤中。
23、当锅内温度达到最高时加入料酒，易使酒蒸发而去除食物中的腥味。
24、菜籽油有一股异味，可把油烧热后投入适量生姜、蒜、葱、丁香、陈皮同炸片刻，油即可变香
